Accommodation FAQs for Clearing 2025 students

1. Is accommodation available for students who come through Clearing?

Yes. We have rooms available for Clearing applicants.

2. Am I guaranteed a room if I apply?

3. When can I apply?

Once you have referred yourself to us through UCAS, you will receive a student ID from us (this will begin with a “6”). You can then apply for accommodation. In some cases, there may be a delay of up to 48 hours between receiving your student ID and being able to apply.

4. I applied for accommodation before but have now secured a place on a different course through Clearing. Do I need to reapply?

No. If you already submitted an accommodation application, you do not need to apply again.
