I was very happy to know that the University had an exceptional placement programme for its students and was renowned for working closely with the business community.

My first impression of the campus was that I loved it! The facilities blew me away, and all the course lecturers were so approachable and supportive.

My first delivery is something I will always remember. I will never forget the feeling of my first birth and thinking how lucky I was to be in such a privileged position.

The staff are helpful and understanding. I have a great tutor, but if I had any issue, I could go to any lecturer and they would help. Surrey has a great community and you do not feel alone.

I’ve been grateful to be fully immersed in veterinary practice throughout my placements. There have been opportunities for me to work with a huge variety of species, ranging from sharks to servals!

A Professional Training placement is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience of what you're learning. It also enhances many personal skills and qualities which will be very valuable when you graduate.

There's a lot to like about my course, from the actual subjects to the wonderful people I've met. All throughout my degree, my lecturers have made every effort to not only help me succeed but to really get to know me.
